How do I keep publishing after early access ends?

Early-access builds publish without a licence until December 23, 2026. After that, activate a licence or install a newer build; your courses stay open.

The early-access build unlocks publishing for testing until December 23, 2026. An Early access chip in the header and a banner on the Licence screen show the date. In the final seven days the chip reads Early access ends soon. Choose the chip to open the Licence screen.

After the date

    Publishing from the Publish course dialog pauses, with a message saying early access has ended.

    Everything else carries on as before: opening and editing projects, importing, the import report, Preview, saving, course archives and exporting your data.

Publish again

    Choose Help › Licence.

    Paste your key into Enter licence key and choose Activate licence. See How do I activate my licence?.

    Or install the newer build we send you.

Tip: An activated licence always comes first. Once you have one, the early-access date no longer matters.

  • How do I activate my licence?Choose Help › Licence, paste your key into Enter licence key, then choose Activate licence. Activation is the one time the app goes online for it.
  • How do I use Xogogy without a licence?Importing, the import report, editing, Preview, saving and exporting your own course data are free. Only publishing a package needs a licence.
  • How do I install Xogogy on Windows?Download the setup file. If Edge says it "isn't commonly downloaded", choose Keep, and Keep anyway if Edge asks again. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway.
