How do I activate my licence?

A licence unlocks publishing. It costs $299, once, and is sold by GForce Learning. You activate it on each computer you use, up to 2 computers in any mix of Windows and Mac.

Activate on this computer

   Choose Help › Licence. (In the Publish dialog, Manage licence opens the same place.)

   Paste your key into Enter licence key.

   Choose Activate licence. Xogogy sends your key and an anonymous code for this computer to GForce Learning's licence service, once, and receives your licence file.

   The Licence screen shows who the licence belongs to and how many computers use it, for example Device slots (1 of 2 used). Publishing is now unlocked.

   Xogogy keeps your key in your computer's credential store (Windows Credential Manager or the macOS Keychain), so you can choose Deactivate this computer later without typing it again.

When your licence comes with a free year of ReviewMyElearning Basic, the Licence screen shows the code and Claim your free year, which opens the ReviewMyElearning signup page with the code already applied.

Check your licence

   Choose Help › Licence.

   Choose Check installed licence. It checks the licence file on this computer, then asks GForce Learning's licence service whether the licence is still active.

A licence refunded or disputed is revoked: the Licence screen says so, and publishing and exporting packages stop. Importing, Preview, the import report and editing keep working. If you think this is a mistake, write to support@xogogy.com.
