How do I move my licence to a new computer?

On the old computer choose Help › Licence › Deactivate this computer, then activate your key on the new one.

Each licence works on up to 2 computers at once, in any mix of Windows and Mac. To use it on another one, free a place first.

Move the licence

    On the computer you are leaving, choose Help › Licence.

  2. #

    Choose Deactivate this computer. Its place is freed.

  3. #

    Install Xogogy on the new computer.

  4. #

    On the new computer, choose Help › Licence, paste your key into Enter licence key and choose Activate licence.

If the old computer is gone

    Write to support@xogogy.com with the email address you bought the licence with.

  2. #

    GForce Learning frees the old computer's place for you.

  3. #

    Activate on the new computer as above.

Tip: Your projects are ordinary folders. Copy them to the new computer, then choose Open project on the start screen.

  • How do I activate my licence?Choose Help › Licence, paste your key into Enter licence key, then choose Activate licence. Activation is the one time the app goes online for it.
  • How do I install Xogogy on Windows?Download the setup file. If Edge says it "isn't commonly downloaded", choose Keep, and Keep anyway if Edge asks again. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway.
  • How do I send feedback or get help?Choose Help › Send feedback to open a mail draft with your build details, or write to us directly. A person reads every message.
