Send feedback from the app
- #
Choose Help › Send feedback.
- #
Choose Open mail draft. Your own mail program opens a message to support@xogogy.com with the product, version, build date and operating system already in it (and, in an early-access build, the date early access ends), and a blank place for your notes.
- #
Write what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead, then send it yourself.
- #
Use webmail? Choose Copy details instead and paste them into a new message.
Send feedback never adds your course content, project names, file paths, screenshots or logs. You decide what to send.
Include the useful details
- #
For an import problem, say which tool and version made the file and copy the message the import dialog showed.
- #
For a course that plays wrongly, open the findings count and choose Save report in Course settings › Advanced, then attach
fidelity-report.mdif you are happy to share it. - #
To copy the exact build, choose Help › About Xogogy, then Copy build info.
