How do I add resources and a glossary for learners?

Resources are links and files learners can open from the Resources tab in the player's sidebar. The glossary lists terms and their meanings in the Glossary tab.

Add a resource

   On the Design tab, choose Player, then open Resources & glossary.

   Under Add a resource, enter a Title.

3. #

   Under Opens, choose A web link and enter the Link, or A course file and Choose a file from the course.

   Add a Description if it helps.

5. #

   Choose Add resource.

Add a glossary term

1. #

   Under GLOSSARY, enter the Term and its Definition.

2. #

   Choose Add term.

Edit, reorder or remove entries

1. #

   Edit an entry's fields in place.

2. #

   Use the arrow buttons, or Alt+Up and Alt+Down, to change the order.

3. #

   Choose Remove to delete an entry.

Show the tabs

1. #

   Open Layout and find Sidebar tabs.

2. #

   Leave Resources and Glossary on Auto to show each tab when it has entries, or choose Show or Hide.

3. #

   Choose Apply changes.
