• How do I apply a design theme?

  On the Design tab, point at a theme in the Themes gallery to preview it and choose it to apply it. Course settings › Player & appearance has the same themes.

• How do I change the theme colours and fonts?

  In Course settings › Player & appearance, edit the Theme Colours and the heading and body fonts; objects that use theme colours update everywhere.

• How do I give older plain objects the course look?

  On the Design tab, choose Course look: this slide or Course look: all slides beside the Themes gallery. Plain cards, tabs, shapes and buttons take the theme styles in one undoable step.

• How do I reuse a theme in another course?

  Choose Export .cstheme in Course settings › Player & appearance, then Import .cstheme… in the other course.

• How do I set the look of new shapes, buttons and text boxes?

  In Course settings › Defaults for new objects, choose The theme or My own defaults, or select a formatted object and choose Set as default shape.

• How do I change the slide size or a slide's background?

  Resize a slide with Design › Slide size, and change its background with Design › Format background or Hide background graphics.
