Importing

• How do I import a Storyline project?

  Choose Import course…, pick your .story file, check the title and where the new course folder goes, then choose Import.

• How do I import a Captivate project?

  Choose Import course…, pick your .cptx or .cpt file, check the title and where the new course folder goes, then choose Import.

• How do I import a published Storyline or Captivate package?

  Choose Import course… and pick the published Storyline or Captivate .zip (SCORM, xAPI or web). Use it when you no longer have the .story, .cptx or .cpt file.

• How do I import a Rise course?

  Publish the course from Rise for an LMS or the web, then choose Import course… and pick the .zip. Each lesson becomes a scrolling page of blocks.

• How do I turn a PowerPoint deck into a course?

  Choose Import course… and pick your .pptx file. Slides, formatted text, pictures, shapes, speaker notes and simple transitions come across.

• How do I read the import report?

  Select the findings count in the header. Work through Needs your attention, then Please check; each finding links to its slide and says what to do.

• How do I fix a question with an unknown answer key?

  Open the import report, select the question under Questions with an unknown answer key, then choose its correct answer.
