• How do I set when the course counts as complete?

  Open Course settings › Completion & reporting and choose a rule under "Complete the course when", such as viewed slides or a passed quiz.

• How do I publish a SCORM package for my LMS?

  Choose Publish… at the right of the ribbon tab row, pick Your LMS and SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 4th Edition, then choose Download package.

• How do I publish an xAPI or cmi5 package?

  In Publish…, choose Your LMS, pick xAPI (Tin Can) or cmi5, check the Activity ID, then choose Download package.

• How do I publish my course as a website?

  In Publish…, choose Website, then Download web package. Unzip it on any web server or shared folder; no LMS is needed.

• How do I check my course for accessibility before publishing?

  In Publish…, choose Check accessibility. It scans every slide and layer against WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules and shows what to fix.

• How do I test a published package in my LMS?

  Upload the .zip to a test area of your LMS, launch it as a learner, leave and resume, then finish it and check the status.

• How do I send a course to ReviewMyElearning for review?

  In Publish…, choose ReviewMyElearning, save your API key, then choose Publish to ReviewMyElearning. Publishing again adds a new review cycle.

• How do I read reviewer comments from ReviewMyElearning?

  Choose File › Review comments…, then Fetch comments. Work through them slide by slide, and mark each one done or reply to it.
